Time to Delivery - Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

Free Delivery: Available on orders over €85 (not applicable during sales events such as Black Friday).

Order Dispatch:
- Orders confirmed on Friday before 2 pm will be dispatched on Friday and should be delivered by Monday/Tuesday.
- Orders processed after 2 pm on Friday through Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Courier Service: DPD is our primary courier for this region. You will receive a notification email once your goods are dispatched. For inquiries, please contact us at onlinesales@thecope.ie.

Restrictions: Diesel apparel can only be shipped to addresses within the Republic of Ireland.
Time to Delivery - UK & Scotland

Shipping Service: Due to regulatory changes, we can only offer shipping to the UK via postal services at a rate of €15.
Rest of the World Delivery Service

Delivery Time:
- Up to 10 days for European countries.
- Up to 20 days for the rest of the world.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to Bulgaria, Iceland, Romania, Tunisia, and Turkey. We reserve the right to cancel transactions to these regions. If you encounter issues processing your transaction, please call us at 0749521022.

Shipping Costs:
- Up to €30.00 for European and Rest of World purchases (calculated at the point of purchase).
- Heavy homeware items, including crystal and saucepan sets, range between €55.00 and €70.00.
